A people practice. Having a movement practice by yourself is just as important as with friends and in a group. To build resilience to you and your movement training, you can benefit from an independent and interdependent practice. In this blog I show some movement training with good friends and some of my individual movement training. I have the privilege to be able to coach a fantastic bunch of people in my 1to1s and movement classes, so some of the people I taught this week were kind enough to let me shove the camera in their face. I spent some time flying drones and dancing through trees with my good friend and collaborator Adam Skinner.
