ReferKent helps organisations make referrals rather than signposting with a quick, easy, and secure platform. We host Spotlight Sessions once a month to highlight an organisation that supports residents across Kent that organisations can refer to. This is a recording of our Spotlight Session with Shaw Trust and their Work & Health and Pioneer Programme. At Shaw Trust, they understand that finding the right job can feel overwhelming, that is why they are there to support people on that journey, and introduce them to find exciting job opportunities that they may not even know exist! WHP Pioneer is more than employment support; it's an opportunity. It's voluntary, it's accessible, and it's open to anyone eligible and eager to step into the workforce. They provided a session explaining about the work they do within Kent, as well as highlighting the other services that they offer.
