Au Lac is the number one raw food restaurant in the world hands down! Chef Ito is the master chef who creates these incredible dishes. He doesn't like to be on camera so you'll have to go visit the restaurant to meet him in person. and you won't regret it! I landed here in California just a few days ago to handle some business, and me and my mom went to their new location. They just opened a new location in California, which is even somehow better than their original location, and they have some incredible new creations. The De La Mama dish is not available at either Au Lac I was later told, but maybe if you ask him, he'll make it for you too. It is highly recommended to go to the LA Au Lac vs. the Fountain Valley one, because that is where Ito is making his Raw Food dishes personally.
