Dr Peter Langford examines the benefits and challenges of values-based leadership, and the process for delivering values-based leadership in your organisation. This presentation draws upon Voice Project's recent research paper on leadership which won an “Outstanding Paper“ award from Emerald Publishing, along with case studies from our clients. Values-based leadership is about inspiring and empowering others by communicating and role modelling shared organisational values. From our work we observe the positive impacts a values-based leader brings to an organisation.
