margs food diaries Fish fillet with tofu in tausi is a simple dish which is easy and quick to make but delicious and savory and good for lunch paired with white rice . HAPPY COOKING . ENJOY. #fishfillettausi #blackbeans #tofu INGREDIENTS : • 200g fish fillet, cut into chunks • 1 pc firm tofu , cut into chunks • 1 pc potato , cut into chunks • ½ pc bell pepper • 4 cloves garlic, chopped • ½ pc onion , chopped • 2 inch ginger • 2 spring onion • 300ml water • 1 ½ tbsp fermented black beans • Cornstarch for slurry and coating • Olive oil PROCEDURE : Cut fish fillet and tofu in chunks and coat with cornstarch fry until golden brown and so with potato .Set aside. In a pan saute onion garlic and ginger until aromatic . Add in the black beans bell pepper and water ans simmer for 5 minutes .Place back browned potato,tofu and fish and add slurry and simmer for few minutes in low heat, once water thickens and reduce its done .
