Always on the prowl for different ways to experience seafoods, I discovered a fun appetizer in Greece. I was visiting a friend in Athens where café evening culture is all the rage. During the wee hours of the morning, I was hungry, so we got some appetizers. Grilled Greek octopus arrives to the table simply dressed in lemon juice and olive oil. I was in love! The octopus was a little smoky from the chargrilling. It was tender and surrendered to my every bite. I washed it down with a little ouzo and cheered "maláka" to my friends!
