Ingredients: rice paper wrapping, green onions, boiled shrimp, Korean sweet potato noodles, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, soybean sprouts Sauce: 1 cup peanut butter, 1/2 cup hoisin, 1 cup water, 2 tablespoons sambal chili paste, 4 tablespoons lemon/lime juice :) I wanted to make these spring rolls fancy for you guys! Instead of folding in the edges, I left the ends open for the green onions to roam free. However, this blew up in my face because the peanut butter dipping sauce got everywhere. The rice paper wasn't the greatest quality. The shrimp exploded through the rice wrapping. This was definitely one of those interesting days for me.
