These rolled wide flat rice noodles are the same as this video's: https://goo.gl/AqqxjS The noodles were once one REALLY long rolled noodles. However, during the cooking process, they came apart at its weakest points: the turn. I heated the noodles up in a frying pan with some oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. I changed it up just a little bit by sprinkling in some dried tiny shrimp. At a distance, I couldn't help but think that they resembled intestines. That is where the similarities ended.
