Please wash your hands before beginning as we will be touching our face for this technique. This episode features a technique called Tapping, also called Emotional Freedom Technique. It may look silly at first but it is a powerful tool you can use any time, any place. It involves gently tapping on acupressure points* on your body while speaking about how you feel and how you'd like to feel. It a free and easy way to shift out of an uncomfortable feeling. You begin by rating your feeling on a scale of 1 (being the least challenging) to 10 (being the most challenging) and begin tapping. You can echo our words OR use your own. The more specific you can be the more impactful the practice can be for you. *If you find that you don't care for a certain point, feel free to skip it, the technique will still work. Happy Tapping!
