As soon as I started cooking, I had to figure out how to make the Best and Most Delicious Chocolate Eclair Recipe. In this video, we will go through the steps of; making the puffiest airy choux pastry aka Pâte à Choux dough, making a great and delicious vanilla pastry creme and also how to make the chocolate frosting to dip the eclairs. I will make it as EASY as it can get so let's get all the ingredients and start making it. INGREDIENTS for the Airy Choux Pastry: • 1 cup Water • 1/2 cup Butter • 1/2 tsp Salt • 1 tsp Sugar • 1 cup Flour • ~4 Eggs Bake at 375F(195C) 25-30 minutes preheated. This recipe yields 18 medium sized Eclairs.
