By the end of it, the grind from 0 to 400 was/is as follows Leveling to max would happen with completing missions Gaining light level to around 320 was pretty simple 320 to 370 is pretty grindy 370 to 400 (max) was also grindy but meaningful progress is easily made You could hit max in about a week or two with a couple hours played a day. Destiny 2, the progression systems have also changed. Currently the grind from 1900 to 2000 power is as follows Hitting 1940 is super easy can be done in 1-2 hours. Going from 1940 to 1990 is fairly easy, progress is made consistently Going from 1990 to 2000 involves completing any Pinnacle activity, this isn't too difficult You can hit max in about a week or two with a couple hours played a day. I decided to remove progression from the video since my conclusion was pretty much the same, Destiny 2 does seem easier to hit max though.
