This is a virtual art exhibition by the American Impressionist artist Ernest Lawson. It starts by taking you on a short gallery walk of snowscapes, cityscapes and landscapes paintings and is then followed by a display of all his oil paintings including the titles of his artworks. Ernest Lawson (1873 - 1939) was a member of a group of New York painters called "The Eight," He was fascinated by the urban life of early 20th-century New York and also the landscape of the Hudson River Valley. His style was Impressionistic, and many of his paintings focus on the impact of human beings on the landscapes.
