All you'll need for this workout is a jumprope and a pair of light to moderate dumbbells! I used 10lb dumbbells. (If you don't have a jumprope, you can either mimic the motion or do calf raises.) We will be working through 9 movements for a total of 3 rounds. The purpose today is endurance meaning you don’t want to go too heavy with the weights you choose; we are focusing more on continuous movement through the 40 seconds of work and challenging yourself with the number of repetitions you can get! *This workout does involve movements requiring you to go from a standing position down to the mat repeatedly at times so please keep that in mind!
