Comment below! ________________________________________________________________________________________________ Immunity Boosting Elderberry Syrup / Gummies Recipe: ✦Syrup: 4 cups filtered water 1 cup dried elderberries 1/2 cup agave or maple syrup 2-3 cinnamon sticks 1/2 teaspoon clove buds* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla * 1-3" ginger one lemon freshly squeezed peel of one orange* Direction: add all the ingredients except the lemon juice into a pot and simmer for 30-45 min, stirring occasionally remove from stove and let cool slightly add in the freshly squeezed lemon juice pour syrup mixture over a sieve or use a cheese cloth and squeeze out as much liquid as possible label your bottle or jar and keep in the refrigerator _________________________________________________________________________________________ ✦ Vegan Elderberry Gummy Recipe: 1 cup of the previously made Elderberry Syrup 1/4 tsp agar agar (vegan gelatin substitute) 1/3 cup maple Syrup Direction: add all the ingredients into a small pot bring to a boil and simmer for 3 - 5 min, stirring constantly use a dropper to add the mixture into small silicone molds (work swiftly as the mixture will start to solidify) the gummies will set in about 5 min keep in a glass jar in the refrigerator ‼️Disclaimer / resources: The information about herbs and their healing properties is for educational purposes only.
