Twitter, Facebook, podcasts, books, the news, television, magazines, articles, videos, and the all-known Instagram are all outlets of information that are constantly seeping opinions, beliefs and facts into your brain. You can only handle so much information until you start to lose touch with your own gut instincts. Even if you're trying to use knowledge as a positive reinforcement, it can be taken too far. You may be someone recovering from disordered eating, going through a bad break up, overcoming health obstacles, or someone starting a business.
