Sweet and tart bites bursting with hints of bright and zesty flavor in every bite! You'll need: • 6 tbsp salted butter (room temperature) • ¾ cup white sugar • 1 medium egg • 1 large lemon ( 1 tbsp lemon zest + 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice) • ¼ tsp baking powder • ¼ tsp baking soda • 1 ¾ cup all-purpose flour (* see helpful hints) • ½ cup powdered sugar (for coating) Makes 18 delicious cookies Cool. Serve. Enjoy! :: HELPFUL HINTS :: Measure your flour correctly. Adding too much flour will result to cookies not spreading or dry and crumbly texture when baked.
