First attempt down. Read the wrong standards for the scaled about hand placement and made it more difficult than it needed to be. Oh well, this route was to test singles all the way to have an easy place to improve. The row pace was moderate to save myself in the later movements. The Wallwalks were to try and stay moving, but they added up and definitely made me stretch. Room to improve there. Tried to stay moving with the barbell. The final row started at recovery and then final 20 calories were pushing for me at the end. Not quite what I thought I would end up with but...there was zero heart rate warm up prior. Just stretching and set up within the time frame I had. Next attempt should go much smoother hopefully. For Time 5 Wallwalks, 50 Calorie Row, 5 Wallwalks, 25 Deadlifts 225lb, 5 Wallwalks, 25 cleans 135lb, 5 Wallwalks, 25 Snatches 95lb, 5 Wallwalks, 50 Calorie Row. Time cap 20 minutes, finished 16:39 RX.
