I Tested GoPro Hero 13 vs GoPro Hero 4K and Here's What Happened!

👋 Today lets check out the newest GoPro cameras! The GoPro Hero 13 vs the GoPro Hero 4K. The new GoPro Hero 4K only costs $180 and is crazy compact and lightweight. The new Hero 13 is their top cameras. Comparing the m back to back is night and day different! The Hero 4K is not for the person filming professional level videos are long videos in general. Seems like a very beginner friendly camera or more for a mountable short form camera. You need to stabilize the footage in the app later on or in your editing software. The lighting and color are fine but are nothing compared to the Hero 13. The new GoPro Hero 13 has over 5K resolution recording and super slo motion with multiple wide angle settings. The Hero 4K seems more like My old Hero 3 and 4 from my college days. Also I'm currently using my Hero 10 for the last 2 years and the 13 doesn't seem like that massive of an upgrade. Especially for being 3 camera generations newer. The wireless microphone capabilities in the Hero 13 along with the new lenses are a great touch tho. But these cameras are for different users. If you want more capabilities on a budget you can still buy the DJI Action 4 close to $200 which offers way more capabilities then the Hero 4K. And if you want a professional level camera the Hero 13 is a solid choice right up there with the DJI Action 5. So plenty of options these days but I do think GoPro is slipping a bit with their latest camera and needs some more innovation.
