Apple Pie Filling 2-4lbs or 6-8 green apples 1/4 cup cane sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch 1-2 tsp cinnamon 1/4 tsp nutmeg 1/2 lemon juiced Top Lattice GF Crust(traditional) 1 cup 1:1 gluten-free flour 1/2 cup all purpose gluten-free flour 1/2 cup cold butter/shortening 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup ice cold water TOPPING/"Egg" Wash 1tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp plant milk BAKE 350°f for 50-60 minutes until filling is bubbling and crust is browned.
