Though small—likely under 10 m—it captures attention with its clear, cool waters splashing beside the main road. Rikili Ella (also spelled Rikilla Ella) is a scenic waterfall located near Bulathkohupitiya in Sri Lanka’s Kegalle District, along the Bulathkohupitiya–Dedugala route. Approximately 30 m tall, it originates from the northern Hunusahaldeniya mountain range and flows via Ritigaha into the Kelani River . Nalngana Ella (Nalagana Ella) Falls – Sri Lanka Nalngana Ella Falls, also known as Ritigaha Oya Falls, is a captivating waterfall located in the Dedugala area of Kegalle District, roughly 9 km east of Bulathkohupitiya and about 40 km from Kitulgala .
