How to set Reordering Rule in Odoo 10 to trigger the Purchase of Product

In Odoo Reordering Rule refers to the rule to trigger the purchase of product when stock reaches to its minimum level. Minimum stock refers to the quantity of product on hand,when the stock reaches to this level "Reordering Rule" is run to trigger the purchase of product. Maximum stock refers to the maximum quantity of product that is to be purchased to fill the stock. By following the below steps you can create "Reordering Rule" in Odoo 10 :- 1. Go to Inventory module - Reordering Rule - create the rule by setting the minimum and maximum quantity of product. 2. Create Quotation and confirm it to create Sales Order. 3. If the stock reaches to its minimum level go to Inventory to run "Reordering Rule". 4. Go to Purchase RfQ is generated,confirm it to generate "Purchase Order". 5. Go to Receive Products and validate the Purchase. 6. Check the quantity of products is updated.
