Food food everywhere. Ubud, Bali.

Today my walk around Ubud finds me surrounded by food. My breakfast stop is with a street vendor preparing sate where I ask him what time his day starts and finishes, how long he's been at this spot, and then I sit and try his sate on the steps of a shop. Next I talk to a warung owner named made who explains a little of her life in her very popular warung that has a huge range of food to choose from. Made tells me what time she starts and finishes, who helps her, and what she has to offer. I meet a woman delivering onions to the warung and also chat with her also. Taking a small path off the main road I come across a sculpture which is magnificent and bizarr. It's a sculpture of a bird eating a fish being attacked by a crab while ]wrestling a lobster. a frog watches from nearby. it's just brilliant!
