Shadiyo Wala Degi Palak Gosht | Creamy Palak Gosht Recipe | Food With Saad In a pan add 5 kg Spinach and boil it. Once boiled, add 250 ml oil in pan and fry the spinach for 15 minutes. Once fried keep aside. In another pan add 250g ghee and add 3 medium onions and cook until light brown. Now add 2 bay leave, 2 cinnamon, 5 black cardamom, 8-10 cloves and cook for a minute. Now add 2 kg mutton, 3 tbsp ginger/garlic paste and cook for another 5 minutes. Now add two boiled and peeled tomatoes, 1-1/2 tbsp red chili, 1-1/2 tbsp salt, 2 tbsp coriander and 1/2 tsp turmeric and cook for 5-6 minutes. At this stage add 200 g yogurt and cook it for 15-20 minutes. Once cooked, add 1.25 liter water and cook on pressure for 15 minutes. Now add the fried palak in the cooked meat and add 1 pack of tetra pack cream in it and cook for 2 minutes. Now add 7-8 chopped green chilies and 1 tsp garam masala and cook for 5-7 minutes. Once the oil starts to separate the Palak Gosht is ready to be served!
