Raw: Issue: Over-voltage problem of green PowMr PWM SCC when 65ah battery is full - Thu, 27 Nov 2025

Finally! I was able to-capture the over-voltage issue of my green PowMr PWM SCC 30a in my small solar setup. I have about 30watts load (router, cameras, charging gadgets). My setup now: 65ah (mixed new and old) 32650 lifepo4 batteries in 4s17p configuration 3 x 100 watts mono panels in parallel (1 fake Suntree panel and 2 Qualfull panels) green PowMr PWM SCC 30a with output set to 0H, for 12v led lights only at night 300w modified sine wave inverter Here's what happens: 1. When my 65ah 4s17p battery is (almost) full, the SCC cuts-off charging; 2. SCC throws 17v+ to the system (for a few seconds) which turns-off my 300w MSW inverter, safety feature ng inverter.Good thing I got my pseudo-ATS using 12v and 220v 10a power relays so power switches seamlessly to my DU/Cotelco for a few seconds, with no flicker of lights or restart of AC devices; 3. Then SCC somehow gets control of the voltage (after a few seconds) and sends the "correct voltage" 14v+ to the system which turns-on my inverter, but still does not charge the battery; 4. Load consumes power from battery for about 3mins; 5. When SCC detects battery got discharged, it charges it again. And when battery is full, the process repeats. These cycles every 5-6mins on roughly 80watts of solar harvest. This is a big problem for me because it will potentially damage one or more components in my solar setup, most likely my inverter.
