Ingredients (for two 15 cm round baking pans): For the yeast starter: 150 g flour 2 tsp instant dry yeast 30 g sugar 300 ml warm milk For the dough: 500 g flour 60 g sugar 2 eggs (room temperature) 100 g softened butter One orange (zest and juice) For the filling: 100 g dry cranberries 100 g raising 150 g glace peel 50 g softened butter Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C (355°F). During the last 10-15 minutes of baking, if you notice that the top of the Paska is getting too brown, gently cover it with aluminum foil to prevent burning. Continue baking until it is fully cooked through. You may also bake one large Paska from these ingredients if you have a larger baking pan.
