This webinar shows CSPs a ready-made revenue opportunity. Apifonica has built a Voice AI platform that’s simple enough for your customers to use themselves. They configure their own agents—customer support, appointment reminders, payment collections, sales outreach, whatever their business needs. And it is connected to their existing service in #PortaSwitch: the agent configuration UI is accessed from the Cloud PBX self-care portal and can be easily applied to phone numbers or extensions that the customer owns; the agent’s pay-as-you-go or subscription with a bundle of minutes is added to the customer’s bill.
