So, if you to east healthy, but feel like you eating a dessert, this recipe is for you. ►Full written recipe: https://www.thecookingfoodie.com/reci... ► Equipment I used in this video: https://www.amazon.com/shop/thecookin... ►FOLLOW ME: Instagram: / thecookingfoodie Facebook: / thecookingfoodie Website: https://www.thecookingfoodie.com/ Ingredients: 3 tablespoons (36g) Chia seeds 3/4 cup (180ml) Milk of choice 1-2 teaspoons Instant coffee 1-2 tablespoons Maple syrup or any other sweetener (optional) 150g Yogurt of choice Cocoa powder for dusting Directions: 1. In a bowl mix warm milk with instant coffee and allow to cool slightly. 2. Add chia seeds, maple syrup and mix well. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight. 3. Assembly: place half of the chia pudding in the bottom of a jar or a glass, then spread about 3-4 tablespoons of yogurt, then another layer of chia pudding and another layer of yogurt. 4. Dust with cocoa powder and serve!
