Silence can be so challengeing, be that with ouserlves or together with others. How many times did we sit with someone and suddenly there was a moment of Silence and we felt so uncomfortable and that we had to say something just to fill in that space? OR we sat still with ourselves and tried to close our eyes and enjoy a minute of Silence but our minds tricked us into so much noise...
