Mbali Bhengu is a business – woman who owns a small business empowerment agency called Mind Switch which specializes in small business coaching and development for entrepreneurs in the rural and urban areas. Mbali has facilitated and designed training programs for universities, enterprise development units and small business incubators and has successfully coached 400 + entrepreneurs. She has a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business and leadership at the University Of KwaZulu – Natal, South Africa and has won 2 awards for her business namely The KZN Business of the Year in 2018 and The Best Creative Action Film for her company at the Global One – Minute Film Awards held in Durban. Mbali has also participated in a National Entrepreneurship development programme called the SAB (South African Breweries) Kickstart Programme where she was a National Finalist.
