This 1976 El Camino is a testament to the groovy 70s, and we just gave it a righteous upgrade at the V8 Speed and Resto Shop. This El Camino rolled into the shop sporting a classic two-tone Hawaii and Skyline blue paint job, but under the hood lurked a tired 305. We ditched that wheezy engine and dropped in a 435hp 383 stroker, paired with a 4L80E overdrive transmission. But the fun didn't stop there! We completely revamped the suspension with a QA1 Level 2 system, added Wilwood disc brakes, and wrapped it all up with 18" Vision Billet Rally wheels. Inside, we swapped the bench seat for swivel buckets, installed Dakota Digital gauges, and added a retro-modern sound system. This El Camino now handles like a dream, boasts serious power, and is cleaner and more fuel-efficient than ever before.
