This sentence from the song sang by Gene Wilder summed up our Day 3 in our Epic Japan trip - especially so, when we visited the SPECTACULAR Ashikaga Flower Park Winter Illuminations! We'll let the video do the talking and hope you enjoy it the show 😊 Things we recommend: ⭐Book Shibuya Sky in advance but check the weather before booking - we booked our tickets on their official website (about two weeks beforehand). Tickets cost: 2,200 yen at the time. Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the rooftop due to a lightening strike the night before - so it was a bit of a let down as this was the selling factor. They did however, ask if we wanted to reschedule for another day but we had trips pre-planned so we couldn't. ⭐Bring warm outerwear for the light show - yeah, this is probably the most obvious thing to do as it's a "winter" illumination but during the day it was like 24 degrees (in the autumn season??) and the temperture dropped significantly in the evening and we were somewhat unprepared lol. ⭐Wear comfortable footwear - this flower park was huge!
