You are hosted by slave and KhoiSan descendants. Each of the Homestays is unique in structure, style and appointment. Visitor rooms can be double, twin or single bedded. At several homestays the bathroom is shared. The living room, the ‘stoep’ or balcony are places you gather. As in most families, the kitchen is a busy place, where visitors can participate with meal preparations. Some gardens, and depending on the season, are laden with fruit and vegetables, that collectively provide for the community and market. Hosts have received hospitality training.to meet every guest's wishes.
