Trade and investment are high on the agenda for Menem's three day official visit. Carlos Menem is the first Argentine president to visit Seoul since the two countries established diplomatic ties in 1962. Its mainly being billed as a trade visit, although Menem took time out to pay homage to the dead of the Korean war.
