Sinabawang Halaan Recipe Clam Soup Recipe Ginisang Halaan Tinolang Halaan A simple and easy yet delicious recipe with only few ingredients needed, in this video we will make sinabawan halaan or clam soup Pinoy Style, sometimes it is called tinolang halaan. This is perfect to sip during cold or rainy season especially today. I am making this video at the time where it is so cold here in my location. So let’s try this halaan recipe, very easy I promise! Ingredients: ½ kg Halaan (clams) 3 cloves Garlic, minced 1 small Onion, sliced 1 small Ginger, sliced 1 medium Tomato, Sliced Spinach leaves or green chili leaves 2 tbsp fish Sauce 2 cups water Pinch of Black pepper 2 tbsp cooking oil Cooking Procedure: 1. Saute garlic, onion, ginger until soft and fragrant. Add tomatoes, saute until tender. 2. Add the clams, stir well. Then add the fish sauce. Let it simmer for 2 minutes then add water and let it boil until clams are cooked. This will take about 4 to 5 minutes. 3. Lastly, add the leaves. Simmer for 30 seconds and remove from heat. Serve and enjoy your sinabawang halaan while it is hot :-) Very easy recipe.
