Love is in the air, and what better way to celebrate Valentine's Day than by showing some love to your body with a heart-pumping workout! Join me for a special Valentine's Day fitness session designed to get your heart racing and your endorphins flowing. There are 5 circuits with 4 exercises performed for 40 seconds with a 20 second rest for a total of 3 sets before moving onto the next circuit. A warm-up and cooldown are also included in this workout! I used my 10lb weights for this routine but feel free to go lighter or heavier than me! I will demonstrate the next exercise 10 seconds prior to the start of the 40 second timer. Join in with me when you are ready! In this fun and energetic workout, we'll incorporate heart-healthy exercises that will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to take on anything.
