Most rooms in the level are featureless and empty, although indents throughout the carpeting suggest that furniture may have been present at some point in time. Many of the fluorescent lights on the ceiling do not function, with their power switches missing from the walls. Since the level lacks any inherent danger, environmental or otherwise, it is generally regarded as a safe haven among wanderers.
