The best way to approach a workout like this -- aside with explosive tenacity! -- is to have built up a good amount of strength. The added benefit of starting with the basics of strength training is that you get used to the movements; perfecting form in order to eliminate possible mistakes -- that could result in injury. For this week's fat-burning back workout, the four exercises that will be utilized are the bent-over row, kettle-bell dead lift, renegade rows, and lastly, the kettle-bell swing. Each exercise is to be done in one complete circuit -- one after another -- with a good amount of rest taken at the end of the entire circuit. Complete either three or four circuits, and you've got yourself a great calorie-scorching workout that also helps to build and maintain the muscles of your back!
