Let's fry them for a total of 5-6 minutes, add flour, then pour cold water and milk together as I showed in the video and mix quickly. Add hot water and boil it until the vegetables are cooked. Let's check its consistency and salt amount. We serve it with finely chopped parsley sprinkled on top. It's a very delicious soup! Good luck.
