Enjoy as breakfast or with evening tea. 0:00 - Meghna Shares Benefits of Palak (Spinach Benefits) 0:21 - Mixing all the ingredients & spices with Spinach 1:40 - Adding Wheat, Bajra Flour & Gram Flour to make semi soft dough 2:29 - Giving shape to Muthiya 3:00 - Preparing Steamer & Steaming Muthiya 3:25 - How to check if Muthiya is Cooked or Not 3:50 - Preparing Tadka 4:27 - How to Make Muthiya Crispy 4:52 - Plating Palak Muthiya 5:11 - Meghna tastes Palak Muthiya Ingredients : 2 cup finely chopped Spinach (Palak) 1/2 cup finely chopped Coriander Finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste) 5-6 finely chopped Garlic Cloves 1 small piece of finely chopped Ginger Knob Salt as per taste 2 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 2 pinch of Asafoetida Powder 1 Lemon Juice 3 tsp Sugar (optional) 2 tbs + 2 tbs + more Oil 1 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta) 1/4 cup Bajre ka Atta (alternatively Suji can be used) 1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan) Water 2 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) 3 tsp White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til) Few Curry Leaves Method : Take a mixing bowl, add 2 cup finely chopped Spinach (Palak) Add 1/2 cup finely chopped Coriander Add finely chopped Green Chillies (as per taste) Add 5-6 finely chopped Garlic Cloves Add 1 small piece of finely chopped Ginger Knob Add Salt as per taste Add 2 tsp Coriander (Dhaniya) Powder Add 1 tsp Turmeric Powder (Haldi) Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder Add 1 Lemon Juice Add 3 tsp Sugar (optional) Add 2 tbs Oil Mix it and add 1 cup Wheat Flour (Gehu ka Atta) Add 1/4 cup Bajre ka Atta Add 1/4 cup Gram Flour (Besan) Add Water as required and combine everything together to make a dough Further apply some Oil on your palms, take some mixture and make cylindrical shape rolls Take a strainer, brush some Oil inside and arrange the rolls on it Now heat the steamer, add Water and bring it to a boil Place strainer on it, cover the lid and cook for 25 minutes on medium heat (Now put a knife inside to check muthia is cooked, if the knife comes out clean then it's ready) Cut the rolls into pieces Further for tempering heat up the pan Add 2 tbs Oil Add 2 tsp Mustard Seeds (Rai) Add 3 tsp White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til) Add a pinch of Asafoetida Powder (Hing) Add few Curry Leaves Add cut muthia, gently mix it and roast for a while Garnish with some fresh Coriander Enjoy your Healthy & Scrumptious Palak Muthia .
