Sharing helpful advice on how to deal with the stress of every day life, work, family / friends / romantic relationships and communicate to love ones the importance and signicance of your struggles. Showcasing panic attacks, explaining the definition of psychological child abuse and the effects it has on developing children and adolesence. Overcoming drug and alcohol abuse to self medicate through the highs and lows in the turbulent seas of mental illness. Finding ways to cope with every day life and maintain a level of functioning to survive in this world. Challenging the social norms and Breaking miss leading stereotypes about the "crazy" in all of us. Tearing down the stigma, judgement and shame that goes along with it. Raising awareness for important issues such as youth suicide & self harm tendencies. Exploring a wide range of methods including beauty, health & fitness, positive mindset, meditation, mindfulness, vitamin supplements, faith, diet & lifestyle changes to beat the odds & defeat Mental Illness. Daily video uploads not just exercising the body but the mind to mend those old wounds and heal those of us that are broken. Guiding others to pursue a better quality of life, understanding & tolerance . Testing medications like anti psychotics, anti depressants & mood stabilisers to find the right treatment resigme and med combo for me. Supporting our right to personal choice in the way we treat mental illness! Suffering from hormone conditions related to monthly periods, ovulation, progesterone sensitivity and low levels of estrogen I am passionate about women's health, feminism, self love, self care and becoming the best version of myself. Commentary on my difficult relationship with my parents & methods I use to solve my crippling fear of rejection & failure ensuring intrusive feelings of perpetual inadequacy don't ruin my life Qualification? LIVED EXPERIENCE!! With years of psychotherapy including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy ( DBT ) under the guidance of qualified clinical psychologists who specialise in mood and personality disorders my knowledge on these conditions has grown. Consultations with a range of mental health professionals including nurses, psychiatrists, social workers, personal helpers and multiple psych ward admissions have helped piece together a recovery plan that works for me. Battling the war inside my head for so long has made me dedicate my life to spreading awareness about the "Invisible Illness" to promote a better understanding of the life inside my mind.
