This guided meditation is created especially for women. 🌝 Our monthly moon cycle can be challenging when we need to manage careers, taking care of our children, partners, and ourselves. For a long time, I avoided painkillers and often pushed through cramps, working even when my body needed rest. My physical energy supported me, but ideally, the body benefits most from slowing down, especially on the first day of the cycle. Taking quality rest is a form of self-care and restoration, but sometimes we still carry guilt, feeling the need to catching up the endless to-do list calling. This meditation is an invitation to honor your femininity, to take sacred rest, and to connect deeply with your body and womb.
