Please help and support Cullen’s work and be part of preserving the Lost Muti. 🔗 VISIT KICKSTARTER & DONATE: The Lost Muti Kickstarter https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/... For years, Cullen has been on a journey deep into the heart of Southern Africa, tracing the sacred knowledge of indigenous diviners and healers. This wisdom, passed down through generations, has been disrupted by colonialism and cultural erosion. What remains is scattered across oral histories, ancient rock art, and rare historical manuscripts. Now, as he enters the final phase of his research, Cullen is calling on the global community to help bring this story to life. Through a Kickstarter campaign, he seeks to document, preserve, and share these lost traditions before they fade forever. His work involves: 🔸 Traveling across regions to gather firsthand accounts from sangomas, inyanga, and elders. 🔸 Investigating colonial records and historical texts for overlooked references. 🔸 Documenting ancient rock art sites for clues about fungi’s presence in spiritual practices. 🔸 Creating a definitive ethnomycological record through literature and visual storytelling. With time running out and these traditions at risk of being lost, this project is more than research—it’s a mission to safeguard a piece of African heritage.
