Cleansing Sapphire Blue Noise | 12 Hours | BLACK SCREEN | For Sleep, Focus, Grief & Tinnitus Relief

When I think of Blue Noise (1 kHz), I envision a rather high-frequency 'shushing' or 'hissing,' reminiscent of waterfalls and rainfall. So, to capture and create the essence of 'Sapphire Blue' in this noise, I have crafted a blue base sound by mixing and crunching a bag of loose 2mm sapphire gemstones. I then manipulated those frequencies using an HP filter. I've the layered this blue base with sound recordings from Aira Force Waterfall, a trip we took back in October. Additionally, I utilised my Arturia KeyLab to create a continuous melodic 396Hz solfeggio note, known for aiding in dealing with and washing away fears and grief. I feel all these elements compliment each other nicely and work well under the 'Sapphire' umbrella because, in certain healing traditions, sapphires are frequently linked to distinct healing and cleansing properties. These include enhancing mental clarity, facilitating a connection with higher consciousness (perhaps during meditation or prayer), promoting feelings of tranquility and peace, and warding off negative energies. So, if you find yourself feeling low or not in a particularly positive headspace, consider closing your eyes, lying down and immersing yourself in this cleansing Sapphire Noise!
