Ingredients (Soft Homemade Naan) 2 cups all-purpose flour ½ cup warm milk 2 tbsp yogurt 1 tbsp oil or melted butter 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp salt Water (as needed, for kneading) Optional (for topping) Butter or garlic butter Tip tsp instant yeast Replace baking powder with yeast Extra 2–3 tbsp warm milk or water METHOD (Soft Homemade Naan – No Oven) In a bowl, add flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Mix well. Add yogurt, warm milk, and oil/butter. Mix to form a soft dough. Add a little water if needed and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth. Cover and rest the dough for 30–45 minutes. Divide into equal balls and roll into oval or round shapes. Heat a pan on medium heat. Place naan on the hot pan. When bubbles appear, flip and cook the other side until golden spots form.
