This An Offering yoga flow is a devotional vinyasa yoga practice rooted in presence, reverence, and embodied prayer. The class weaves prostrations, standing strength, heart opening, and inversions into a steady, intentional rhythm — offering movement as a sacred gesture. You’ll explore grounding postures, diagonal lunges, expansive standing poses, and opportunities to move upside down, all balanced with deep backbends and hip opening toward the end of practice.
