荔浦鵝翎寺坐落於廣西桂林市荔浦市城南 2 公里處，是一座融合自然奇觀與人文底蘊的千年古剎。該寺始建於唐代（一說唐高宗年間），歷經宋、明、清多次修繕，現存建築依山而建，紅牆綠瓦與溶洞奇觀相映成趣，被譽為“荔浦古八景”之首“鵝翎應禱”。寺內分上下兩層，天王殿、大雄寶殿、玉佛殿沿山勢逐級升高，主殿供奉釋迦牟尼、觀音菩薩等數十尊佛像，十八羅漢與青龍白虎塑像分列兩側，盡顯莊重威嚴。其獨特之處在於巧妙利用天然溶洞，洞內鐘乳石形如鵝翎垂落，達摩、惠能等宗師聖像隱現其間，形成“洞中有寺、寺中有洞”的奇觀。 Lipu Eling Temple is located 2 kilometers south of Lipu City, Guilin City, Guangxi. The red walls and green tiles contrast interestingly with the karst cave wonders and are hailed as the first of the "Eight Ancient Scenes of Lipu", "Prayer Answered by Eling". The temple is divided into two levels. The Heavenly King Hall, the Great Buddha Hall, and the Jade Buddha Hall rise step by step along the mountain. The main hall enshrines dozens of statues such as Sakyamuni and Guanyin Bodhisattva. The eighteen arhats and the statues of the Azure Dragon and the White Tiger are arranged on both sides, showing solemnity and majesty. Its uniqueness lies in the ingenious use of natural karst caves. The stalactites in the cave are shaped like hanging Eling feathers. The holy statues of masters such as Bodhidharma and Huineng appear and disappear among them, forming a wonder of "a temple in the cave and a cave in the temple".
