How to do a release and catch on the stomach. This is a intermediate to advanced hoop/Lyra transition. This is another of my fav hoop / Lyra transitions. I like the versatility of this trick as you can put it in a dynamic combo and from the stomach either go backwards as show in this video or continue with stomach rolls. You should have a solid straddle invert and leg lift before working on this trick.
