In this impromptu talk, I share some thoughts on the value of not taking our emotions for granted, as we start our day and go on with living our lives. Here, I provide quick and easy ways to identify how we stand on our own way of progress to transform our lives to the better. So, here I will be giving you tools you can use from the moment you wake up, instead of dwelling on the negative feelings (and then complaining about your life - much like the dog chasing its own tail, running in circles). In offering you these suggestions, my goal is to invite you to see a better present and future life for yourself, as you actively (although with tiny small steps - but in the right direction) start to see a true change occur, as you go ahead and start to truly take charge of your mind…and thoughts). We do this by anchoring ourself on healthier ways of remembering, and therefore feeling these thoughts in the form of positive emotions and experiencing them within the body. By applying some very simple steps of cultivating positively felt emotions that are wholesome, you can start seeing major transformations taking place on the very fabric of your life, now…and in the future. May this be helpful to you and your loved ones, and bring you happiness, tranquility, and wisdom.
