In a large bowl add the pre-measure distilled water. Add the Sodium PCA,Polyquaternium 7 ,Vitamin B5 and Surfpro CC 6 one at a time and whisk to combine. ✅Combine the ingredients in phase B until it becomes a liquid off white paste. Add it to phase A whisk at cover and let it hydrate for about a minute. ✅Add all of phase C ingredients to the new A/B phase inorder and one by one .Mix very slowly until everything is combined. ✅Combine the Jeecide cap 5 with the Propylene Glycol and add to the newly A/B/C phases.Then add the citric acid and mix.
