We start with flight arrival at Arlanda airport and the best way to get to the city centre – The Arlanda Express airport train. Arriving into Stockholm Central train station, it was one stop on the Stockholm Metro taking in the art installations to our chosen Stockholm hotel - The Bank Hotel, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World The hotel dates back to 1910 as originally a working bank and now converted into a luxury hotel. The main restaurant Bonnie's is located in the opulent main banking hall and hotel also has a great rooftop cocktail lounge and terrace. With a great central location within walking distance to central station and waterfront. Perfect for visiting key attractions such as Abba museum, Vasa museum (Vasamuseet), Nordiska Museet, Stortoget, Kungliga Slottet (Stockholm Royal Palace) and Grona Lund amusement park In the evening, we visited Aifur - a themed Viking Bar with unique setting, entertainment and characters. After which we take a nighttime walk through Gamla Stan Old Town.
